Vaziani produces this 2018 Vaziani Makashvili Kisi Qvevri Géorgie Blanc, a white wine from Georgia harvested in 2018.

Makashvili Wine Cellar is one of the oldest and most well respected estates in Georgia. The 2018 Khikhvi is produced from estate grown hand harvested grapes from the village of Kardenakhit. It is aged in Qvevri for 6 months with skins and stems.

Deep gold color, very thick tears.
Aromas:
Exposing layers of dry white and yellow fruit, sweet pie and coconut aromas.

Red dry wine, made from the Ojaleshi grape variety, harvested in the Samegrelo region. Fermented using the traditional Qvevri method and aged in a special oak vat. Purple in color, the wine is dominated by piercing aromas of forest berries. The wine is full-bodied, with medium tannins and pleasant acidity.

The wine is rich ruby ​​color. Notes of oak in the aroma of the wine is harmoniously intertwined with expressive tones of prunes and cherries and lavishly decorated with nuances of spice. The taste of wine repeats the nuances of aroma, impressing its structure with rounded tannins, a warm spicy finish with velvety oak shades. The wine is combined with traditional Georgian cuisine, tapas, goat cheese, game, steak.

Dry white wine, made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, unique to the Kakheti region. Created using the Georgian traditional Qvevri method, the wine is amber in color, with enticing aromas of ripe fruits, dried fruits, and spices. The wine is full-bodied, characterized by strong tannins, acidity, and a graceful, long finish.

Produced from Saperavi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. Deep cherry red color, with black prune, blackberry, cherry and vanilla tones. The aftertaste is long and spicy with touch of oak, supported by silky tannins. Perfect pair to grilled beef, game and old cheese. Recommended serving temperature 66-68 degrees F.
