Primofiore means "first flower" and is the only red wine produced at Quintarelli that is not made from dried grapes or with ripasso technique.

Quintarelli's 2014 Primofiore is, in a word, gorgeous… It is the youngest red wine, the “first flower” (translation of Primofiore) to be released by the estate each year, after only 12 months of ageing.

Rich, textured, racy and complex, the ’08 Rosso del Bepi wafts from the glass with an explosion of berries, cherries, and figs, all complemented by incense, tobacco, cigar wrapper, umami and earth.
