Another special release of barrel strength small batch product from the famous Jim Beam distilleries in Clermont and Boston, Kentucky. Booker's was originally conceived by Booker Noe, Jim Beam's Grandson, and originally released in 1988. At the time it was one of the few cask strength bourbons available and quickly became renowned by bourbon connoisseurs and collectors for its incredible depth and power.

Booker's Bourbon Donohoe's Batch 2021-01 - a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged for 6 years, 7 months, and 7 days before being bottled uncut and unfiltered at 127.3 proof.

The second release of the Booker's Bourbon 2022 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2022-02 “The Lumberyard Batch”. This batch is named in honor of my dad, Booker Noe’s pre-distillery years. While his journey to becoming a distiller wasn't exactly a straight path, it led him to his true passion.

The third release of the Booker’s® Bourbon 2021 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2021-03 “Bardstown Batch.” This batch honors the homeplace of 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe along with several other generations of Beam family members.

MASTER DISTILLER NOTES This batch is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in four different warehouses. The breakdown of barrel storage for Booker’s “Charlie’s Batch” is as follows: 3% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Q 17% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse G 24% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse Z 27% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Z 29% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse 1 The color of this batch is pleasant to the eye with an amber color of a well-aged bourbon.

The second release of the Bookers Bourbon 2023 Collection is Bookers Batch 2023-02 Apprentice Batch. This batch pays homage to the early days of my dad Booker Noes career far before he was the Sixth Generation Master Distiller when he first learned the art of making bourbon under the guidance of his cousin Carl Beam.

The first release from Booker's in 2022, Booker's Small Batch Collection No. 2022-01 Ronnie's Batch is a 124.3 barrel-proof straight bourbon aged for 6 years, 11 months, and 22 days by the Jim Beam distilling powerhouse. Composed of a mash bill containing 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley - Ronnie's Batch is crafted from distillate produced on four different production dates and aged in five separate warehouses (warehouse 5, D, 1, Q, and Z).
